Changes to WorldonPaper.com

Visual appearance has been slightly altered across the site. While the changes are rather minor they will improve navigation and visual appeal of the site. Additional changes to the code across the whole site are being implemented gradually. These changes should improve overall registration, and indexing with Search engines, such as Google.

Some of the code changes were made to address article indexing in our Wiki. Now all articles in our Wiki system get indexed correctly. This change will assure that people submitting articles will receive proper credit from search engines.
